Job Description:
Extract and consolidate data from reporting platforms such as Grafana, CleverTap, and other analytics tools.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for chatbot performance tracking.
Design and maintain interactive Excel dashboards to monitor key business KPIs.
Analyze chatbot funnels, customer journeys, containment, conversion, engagement, and drop-off metrics.
Develop automated reporting templates to improve reporting efficiency.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
Generate actionable insights and trend analysis for business and product teams.
Support ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Managers and business teams to track performance and identify improvement prospects.
