Supervise and execute Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Firefighting, and Utility works at project sites.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Review MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
Ensure all MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to resolve site-related issues.
Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
Verify work measurements and support contractor billing and quantity reconciliation.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.
Identify execution challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
