8+ years in a Business Analyst or operations role, preferably in a SaaS workplace
6+ years of hands-on experience in CPQ or other quote-to-cash system
Track record contributing to go-to-market initiatives in high-growth, scaling organisations; proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans
Self-starter & Results-Driven: demonstrates a high level of productivity with minimal oversight; takes ownership, shows initiative, and proactively drives solutions to completion

Detailed knowledge of CPQ functionalities and the ins and outs of PDM & CPQ setting
Program management skills across intake, SLAs, dashboards, and stakeholder management and enablement
