Generate current sales and new customer accounts through aggressive business development.
Identify and approach potential jewellers, retailers, wholesalers, dealers and institutional buyers.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Mandatory SkillsStrong new business development & hunting mindset.
Proven ability to bring fresh sales/business to the company.
Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Robust knowledge of the Gems & Jewellery market.

We need a “hunter” who does not wait for leads — someone who actively finds customers, creates opportunities and converts them into sales.

Experience in Gems, Jewellery, Diamonds, Gold, Silver or Precious Stones sales will be preferred.
