Job Description:
Project Delivery & Client Engagement
Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring
adherence to timelines, quality standards, and
contractual obligations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their
requirements and translating them into actionable
solutions.
Present project outcomes and value delivered
through structured weekly/monthly/quarterly
reports.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Manage and mentor a team of 15 20 specialists to
enhance efficiency, independence, and career
progression.
Drive accountability within the team through SOPs
and standardized delivery frameworks.
Operational Excellence
Implement and maintain process-wide quality and
efficiency measures.
Oversee resource allocation, team utilization, and
screening of current candidates.
Manage project billing, monitor receivables, and
follow up on payments.
