Key Responsibilities
Make cold and warm outbound calls to prospective clients daily.
Pitch health, life, or motor insurance products to potential buyers.
Overcome customer objections regarding policy pricing, terms, and coverage.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly policy conversion targets.
Log all call outcomes accurately in the internal CRM system.
Salary & Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
Incentives: Performance-based monthly rewards with no upper limit.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling or insurance sales.
Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills in [Marathi/Hindi/English].
Resilient mindset to handle high rejection rates daily.
Basic understanding of insurance terms and guidelines.
