Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for critical payment applications.
Perform real-time monitoring of payment transactions and application health.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Payments in NEFT, RTGS, and NACH transactions.
Conduct incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and troubleshoot message flows, queues, and middleware components.
Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills
Robust Payments domain experience with NEFT, RTGS, and NACH.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL query writing, and performance tuning.
Valuable knowledge of Linux/Unix and log analysis.
Experience with IBM MQ and RabbitMQ, including queue management and message flow troubleshooting.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work in shift rotations at client site.
Preferred
Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
Exposure Kubernetes/OpenShift and monitoring tools
