Mandate skill: Scrum Master
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles, Scrum framework, and organizational delivery processes.
Support teams in delivering committed sprint goals and release objectives.
Track sprint progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Required qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Qualified Scrum Master (PSM), Protected Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification.
Experience in scaled Agile environments (Secure, LeSS, Nexus).
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle.
Experience working with distributed and global teams.
