- Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Cab Facility: Provided

Eligibility

Freshers:

- Any Graduate / 10+2
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts

Experienced Candidates:

- 6 Months to 2 Years of Experience is mandatory
- Experience in Customer Support Voice or Technical Support Voice
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
- Troubleshoot customer issues as per the process requirements
- Maintain professional communication with customers




- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer-handling skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexibility to work in US Night Shifts
