We are hiring dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Support Professional. The role involves handling customer support operations, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with clients and medical providers, and delivering high-quality customer service while meeting process standards.

Salary: As per Market Standards

Eligibility Criteria:

6months or 1year related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply) Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions through calls, emails, and support channels professionally





Review and process leave and absence-related documentation

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for required information

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information

Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets

Support back-office and operational activities as required
