SourceMe is an independent electronic-components distributor and global sourcing partner serving OEMs, EMS providers, contract manufacturers and industrial customers.

We source active, allocated, obsolete and hard-to-find electronic components through our international supplier network across Singapore, Australia, India and China.

SourceMe is part of Devanture, an engineering organisation with more than a decade of experience in automotive electronics, embedded systems and software development.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced international electronic-components salesperson based in India who already works with overseas customers and is currently generating measurable revenue.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Independently acquire and develop international customers.
- Generate qualified RFQs and convert them into profitable orders.
- Build repeat business with overseas OEMs, EMS companies, contract manufacturers, distributors and industrial customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from customer development and RFQ through quotation, negotiation, order execution and payment collection.
- Work with our international sourcing network to develop commercially viable offers.
- Help build and eventually lead SourceMe's international sales function from India.

This is not an entry-level export-sales position.



We need someone with current international market exposure who can contribute commercially from an early stage. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have:

- 4-8 years of international electronic-components sales experience.
- Current responsibility for overseas customers and revenue.
- An active international customer network and demonstrated market access.
- A proven record of personally acquiring customers rather than only managing assigned accounts.
- Experience selling active, allocated, obsolete, shortage or hard-to-find components.
- Strong understanding of pricing, gross margin, payment terms, quality requirements and commercial risk.
- The ability to generate business without depending on inbound enquiries or an established line card.
- Experience handling the complete commercial relationship through payment collection.
- The ability to work independently across international time zones.
- The ambition to become a future international sales leader.

Experience serving customers in Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand or North America will be particularly relevant.

Who Should Not Apply

- You do not currently work with international electronic-component customers.
- Your experience is primarily limited to domestic Indian sales.
- You have supported export sales but have not personally acquired or managed customers.
- You mainly process incoming RFQs or manage assigned accounts.
- You cannot demonstrate current or recent revenue performance.
- You have not been responsible for commercial negotiation and payment collection.
