About Style Lounge

Style Lounge is a BeautyTech platform that helps users discover and book salons conveniently. With 1000 salons across Delhi NCR, our platform focuses on hassle-free salon discovery, transparent services, stylist visibility, and zero-wait bookings.

We are looking for a creative, energetic and proactive Marketing, Content & Sales Intern who wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of a growing BeautyTech company.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Campaigns

- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Support BTL activities, brand activations, society campaigns and promotional activities.
- Research market trends, competitors and customer behaviour.
- Assist in developing new marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and app downloads.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities.

2. Content Creation
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop ideas for reels, posts, stories, carousels and short-form videos.
- Assist in creating content calendars and campaign concepts.
- Stay updated with social media trends, beauty trends and Gen Z content formats.
- Contribute creative ideas for Style Lounge's brand communication.

3. Video Editing & Creative Editing
- Edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content.
- Create basic graphics and social media creatives.
- Add captions, transitions, music and other elements to videos.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for various platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand look and feel.

Preferred tools: Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.

- Sales & Business Development

- Assist the team in acquiring and engaging potential customers and business partners.




- Support salon outreach and lead generation activities.
- Make calls/messages and coordinate with prospects when required.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Assist in converting leads and achieving campaign/sales targets.
- Support partnership and promotional activities with salons, societies, brands and local businesses.

5. Social Media & Community
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity.
- Assist in responding to comments, messages and audience interactions.
- Track content performance and provide basic insights.
- Suggest new content formats and engagement strategies.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic designing.
- Comfortable with sales, calling and outreach activities.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with a portfolio, Instagram page, edited reels or previous content work will be preferred.
