About the Role:

We are looking for a curious and analytical Data Analyst & Generative AI Intern to support data-driven decision-making and explore the application of Generative AI in business and HR processes. The intern will work on data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, automation, and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business/HR data.

- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards using MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools.

- Assist in automating repetitive reporting and data-processing activities.

- Explore and implement Generative AI tools for business process improvement and productivity enhancement.

- Develop effective prompts for AI tools and evaluate AI-generated outputs.

- Assist in creating AI-based solutions for reporting, documentation, data interpretation, and workflow automation.

- Work with different teams to understand business requirements and convert them into data/AI-driven solutions.

- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation.

- Prepare presentations and communicate analytical findings in a explicit and concise manner.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in Data Analytics, Generative AI, automation, and AI-powered productivity tools.

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and data visualization.





- Basic knowledge of Power BI or any business intelligence tool is preferred.

- Understanding of data cleaning, analysis, and visualization concepts.

- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.

- Good understanding of prompt engineering is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools will be an added advantage.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly.

Educational Qualification

- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Students from other disciplines with strong analytical and AI skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Passionate about data, technology, and Generative AI.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new tools.

- Able to translate business problems into analytical or AI-driven solutions.

- Candidates with academic projects, certifications, or hands-on experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, Power BI, Python, SQL, or Prompt Engineering will be preferred.
