Accounts Receivable Responsibilities – Indian Accounting
Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, payment posting & customer reconciliation.
Monitor outstanding balances and prepare AR aging reports for overdue payments.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and manage collection activities.
Prepare GST-compliant invoices and ensure accurate accounting entries.
Reconcile customer accounts, bank transactions & TDS/GST records.
Resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues & customer queries.
Maintain accurate records as per Indian accounting standards & tax regulations.
Assist with month-end closing and prepare AR reports for management.
