Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning needs.
Recommend the right NSA program based on their aspirations and eligibility.
Explain course details, certification advantages, career opportunities, fee structure, and enrollment process.
Build solid relationships with students and parents by addressing their queries and providing accurate guidance.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
Stay updated on NSA programs and industry trends to provide the best career guidance.
Preferred Candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.
Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
