Key ResponsibilitiesManage and drive branch-level business targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the agency/business development team.
Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Drive current business generation and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
Preferred Experience: Candidates from the Agency Channel will be preferred.
Age: Up to 47 years.
Career History: Candidate should have a secure career history.
CTC: Best in Market
CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 CIBIL score is mandatory.
Candidates should have positive communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
