Language Requirement
Kannada: 50 Vacancies
Telugu: 40 Vacancies
Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada or Telugu.
Basic knowledge of English/Hindi will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls related to the collection process.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding pending payments and payment commitments.
Follow up with customers through calls and maintain proper call records.
Explain payment-related information clearly and resolve basic customer queries.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
Maintain quality, productivity and compliance standards.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.
Follow company policies, process guidelines and call-handling standards.
Eligibility
12th / Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Robust command of Kannada or Telugu is mandatory.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented collection process.
Candidates with prior BPO / Telecalling / Collection / Customer Care experience will have an advantage.
Shift & Working Days
Shift: General Shift – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational
Process: Collection Process
Batch: Pilot Batch
