What You'll Do
Lead and coach a team to hit daily and weekly targets
Join client meetings to support and close deals
Track team performance and report numbers to management
Train current joiners on objection handling and development
Drive results and push the team to perform
What We're Looking For
Solid communication and leadership skills
Graduation not required — we care about effort, not degrees
Goal-driven — with or without experience, this role is for you
