Govinda Medicenter is seeking a dedicated and communicative Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient interactions over phone, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments, surgeries, and post-surgery support.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Booking:
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring proper time allocation and follow-ups.
Surgery Booking:
Coordinate with patients and internal medical teams to confirm and organize surgery schedules.
Post-Surgery Coordination & Support:
Maintain regular communication with patients after surgery, provide necessary guidance, and ensure a smooth recovery support process.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of healthcare processes (preferred)
Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
Organized and detail-oriented approach
