E-commerce Order Processing ExecutiveWe are looking for an E-commerce Order Processing Executive to handle day-to-day website orders and coordinate smooth order dispatch and delivery.
ResponsibilitiesProcess daily website orders accurately and on time.
Generate shipping labels, invoices, and AWB numbers.
Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for dispatch.
Track shipments, delayed orders, NDRs, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Update order and shipment status on the website/system.
Maintain daily order and dispatch records.

Requirements
Previous experience using Shiprocket is required.
Experience handling e-commerce website orders.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Familiarity with COD and prepaid order processing.
Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.

Experience: 0–2 years preferred
