Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
Handle customers professionally and communicate payment-related information clearly.
Achieve daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with telecalling and customer follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of Hindi/English; other languages will be an advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Working Type: Full time
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month
