Job Title: Execution Engineer – Civil

Experience Required: 5 to 7 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure / EPC

Position Summary

The Civil Execution Engineer will oversee and lead day-to-day site construction activities, ensuring project delivery within stipulated timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. This role requires strong hands-on site management, contractor handling, quality assurance, and technical drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision:

Direct and supervise in office civil execution work, including RCC structures, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

Ensure all construction activities conform strictly to approved architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and IS codes.

Schedule & Progress Tracking:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR / WPR / MPR) against the master construction timeline.

Monitor site targets and implement recovery plans for any project delays.

Subcontractor & Workforce Management:

Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, labor teams, and site machinery to maximize daily productivity.

Resolve technical site queries, site conflicts, and resource bottlenecks promptly.





Quality Assurance & Safety (QA/QC & EHS):

Conduct mandatory quality checks (reinforcement inspections, concrete testing, slump tests, cube sampling) before pouring concrete.

Maintain zero-compromise adherence to site safety guidelines, PPE protocols, and environmental health standards.

Material Management & Reconciliation:

Track site raw material inventory (steel, cement, aggregates) to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.

Conduct periodic material reconciliation to control wastage and optimize cost efficiency.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with client representatives, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and architects to clarify RFIs (Requests for Information).

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of RCC execution, formwork systems, concrete technology, and finishing work.

Drawing Interpretation: Proficiency in reading complex structural detailing, architectural plans, and MEP overlays.

Software Tools: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling software (MS Project / Primavera).

Leadership & Communication: Solid site command, labor management capability, and transparent communication skills.
