About the Role
Join as a Graduate Management Trainee and get hands-on training across sales, operations, and leadership from day one. This is a structured programme designed to take you from trainee to manager — real fieldwork, real responsibility, not classroom theory.
What You'll Do
Rotate across sales, operations, and team coordination to build all-round business skills
Support campaign planning and execution alongside senior team members
Track performance metrics and assist with reporting
Learn team coaching and client-handling under senior leadership
Progress through a structured training path toward a management role

Bachelor's degree required (any stream)
Solid communication and leadership potential
