HR INTERN – RECRUITMENT

Role: HR Intern / Talent Acquisition Intern

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
Search and source candidates for available vacancies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
Post job vacancies and generate candidate leads.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Call candidates and explain job prospects.
Line up candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain daily recruitment data and candidate records.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements:
Graduate / pursuing graduation; HR/MBA preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals.




Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Own laptop and mobile phone are mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
