Role
Manage and lead the recruitment team.
Handle end-to-end and bulk hiring for manufacturing roles.
Set daily/weekly targets and monitor team performance.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, ITIs, colleges, and vendors.
Coordinate with clients for manpower requirements.
Ensure timely fulfilment of recruitment targets.
Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree; MBA HR preferred.
6–10 years of recruitment experience.
Minimum 3 years of team-handling/managerial experience.
Experience in manufacturing/automotive/engineering recruitment preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ATS.
Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Tamil & English communication is mandatory.
