Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a food production facility. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, production planning expertise, and hands-on experience in managing production teams while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Optimize manpower, machinery, and production resources.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
Reduce production downtime and improve overall productivity.




Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.
Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager.
Candidates with experience in the Food Manufacturing industry are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in food manufacturing is mandatory/preferred.
Robust leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
