ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding overseas education and MBBS prospects.
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities/courses.
Follow up with hot, warm and pending leads regularly.
Convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
Explain fees, admission requirements, documentation and process.
Coordinate with the admission/processing team.
Maintain accurate CRM/lead records and daily follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly admission targets.
Participate in seminars, events and promotional activities.
