Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Generate sales opportunities and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain call quality and follow sales processes.
Update customer details and call records in the system.
