Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining data, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will play a key role in lead management, follow-ups, and improving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated customer information
Handle incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion and campaign execution
Track customer interactions and maintain proper records of communication
Address customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies




Key Skills & Requirements:Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer lifecycle
Valuable organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Handling / Sales Support
Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in Retail / Jewellery industry is an advantage
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude
