We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online business. The candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and be willing to handle multiple operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Basic Accounting: Maintain sales, expenses, payments, invoices, and basic Excel records.
E-Commerce Advertising: Manage and monitor product advertisements, campaigns, budgets, and performance.
Product Cataloging: Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, sizes, and other catalog details.
Image Generation & Editing: Create product images using AI tools and perform basic image editing for online listings.
Account Management: Handle day-to-day management of seller accounts on platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, inventory, and account performance.
Resolve listing/catalog issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.
Maintain reports and data using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other image-generation tools for cataloging and content creation.
Candidate Requirements
Basic knowledge of Accounting & Excel
Understanding of E-Commerce marketplaces
Basic knowledge of Digital Advertising
Positive computer and internet skills
Ability to learn AI tools and image generation
Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Freshers with valuable computer skills can also apply
