Key Responsibilities
Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offers including salary negotiations and background checks.
Maintain ATS records and track key recruiting metrics.
Key Requirements
Experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and qualified networks.
Robust skills in communication, time management, and negotiation.
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
