Experience :- 1 to 4 Yrs
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with clients.
Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-focused approach with good convincing abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
