Job Title: Store Operations cum Delivery Manager – Laundry Studio

Job Overview:

The Store Operations cum Delivery Manager will handle daily operations, customer coordination, and delivery management for a busy laundry store.

The role requires robust organizational skills, responsibility, and readiness to work all seven days due to continuous store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store activities including order intake, billing, and dispatch.
Interact with customers, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.
Coordinate with the washing, ironing, and packaging teams to ensure timely processing.
Handle pickup and delivery operations within the assigned area.
Maintain inventory of detergents, packaging materials, and supplies.




Track and report daily sales, orders, and delivery performance to management.
Ensure store cleanliness, operational discipline, and adherence to timelines.

Requirements:
Minimum educational requirement: Graduate (any stream).Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, logistics, or operations (laundry experience preferred).
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Good communication skills in English, and Hindi.
Basic computer or mobile app handling knowledge.
Solid sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer orientation.
