Roles & ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of accounts and finance operations as the Accounts Head.
Maintain and exercise control over all bank accounts and banking transactions.
Prepare and monitor cash inflow and cash outflow on a regular basis.
Monitor and manage accounts receivables and accounts payables.
Ensure timely follow-up and collection of receivables and proper management of payables.
Assist auditors and coordinate for Income Tax (IT) and GST-related audits, requirements, and documentation.
Support the preparation and finalization of bank proposals, including providing required financial data and documents to banks.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders for all accounts and finance-related requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and financial documentation.
Provide regular updates to management regarding bank position, cash flow, receivables, payables, and other financial matters.
