Rawat Constructions is hiring an experienced Team Leader (Real Estate Sales).
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Motivate, train, and monitor team performance.
Generate site visits and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the sales and management team.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in Real Estate (Mandatory).
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle targets and team management.
Valuable knowledge of residential property sales.
Job Details:
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Location: Rohini, Delhi
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: Wednesday
Gender: Male Preferred
