Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain personal loan and other financial products to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Coordinate with the sales and backend team for login and disbursement.
Maintain daily calling and lead records.
Achieve monthly calling, login and disbursement targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi, Marathi or English.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Telecalling / telesales / banking experience will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.
