Key Responsibilities
Identify, appoint and develop distributors and wholesalers within the assigned territory.
Generate primary and secondary sales through the appointed channel partners.
Expand market coverage by developing new territories, markets and retail outlets.
Maintain regular business with existing distributors and ensure their productivity.
Drive distribution and sales of Cristal Waves Packaged Drinking Water and Sahooji CSD, Juice & Goli Soda.
Monitor distributor stock, sales movement, market coverage and outstanding payments.
Conduct regular market visits and develop robust retailer/channel relationships.
Implement company pricing, schemes, promotions and sales strategies in the market.
Track competitor activity, pricing and market developments and report relevant insights.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and adherence to approved credit terms.
Submit regular sales, market visit, distributor and collection reports.





Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Sales preferred
Experience in beverages, packaged drinking water, CSD, juice or related FMCG categories will be an advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to acquire and develop channel partners.
Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field work.
Positive knowledge of the local market.
Basic proficiency in mobile-based sales reporting and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
