We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to support automation, electrical, and machine maintenance activities in a plastics manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
PLC programming, troubleshooting, and machine automation.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical control panels and industrial equipment.
Working with PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, and control systems.
Troubleshooting machine breakdowns and supporting preventive maintenance.
Monitoring and maintaining automation systems for smooth production.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation, and temperature control.
Reading and understanding electrical drawings and control circuits.
Supporting installation, commissioning, and improvement of automation systems.
Following safety procedures and maintaining proper documentation.
Preferred Skills: Siemens PLC, TIA Portal, HMI, VFD, sensors, electrical troubleshooting, industrial automation, and basic knowledge of plastics processing/moulding machines.
