Experience:
1–3 years of experience in QSR, FSR, Retail, or the Hospitality industry.
Freshers with a Hotel Management background may also apply.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per SOPs.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Handle cash, billing, and shift closing activities accurately.
Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of recent team members.
Achieve sales, productivity, and operational targets.
