Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Select and change cutting tools, fixtures, and offsets.
Monitor machining operations and make minor adjustments to maintain quality.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Record production data and inspection reports.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work setting (5S
