Job Tittle : Operations Executive – Crane Rental Services (Overview)

Job Description :

We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle day-to-day crane rental operations. The role involves planning crane and equipment movements (shifting to and from sites), coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring documentation & compliance, and tracking daily activities.

Key Responsibilities :
Plan and monitor movement of cranes and equipment between sites.
Coordinate with clients, transporters, and in office teams.
Maintain reports, permits, and compliance records.
Track equipment health, fuel usage, and manpower deployment.
Support billing with job details and expense tracking.
Any other task also will be handed over according to the requirements.

Requirements :
Proficient in advanced excel and Goggle Sheets.
Possess Graduation Certificate.
Robust English Communication(Spoken and Written) and Co - ordination skill is a must.
Attention to detail and follow - up discipline.
