Job SummaryThe Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for customer follow-ups, lead verification, maintaining customer records, coordinating with Sales Executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.
Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers assigned by the Sales Team.
Verify and update customer information.
Follow up with leads generated by Sales Executives.
Submit customer follow-up reports every 2 hours.
Coordinate with Sales Executives and Documentation Officers.
Resolve customer queries and maintain customer records.
Collect customer feedback and referrals after installation.
Maintain accurate daily reports and CRM updates.
EligibilityAny Graduate / Intermediate.
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, BPO, or CRM.
Required SkillsGood communication skills.
Customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Teamwork and time management.
Ability to work under targets.
