Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through field visits, references, networking, and market research.
Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and potential customers.
Promote and present home furnishing products including curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery fabrics, flooring, wall panels, furniture, and related solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
Regularly follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with showroom, design, measurement, and installation teams for smooth execution of orders.
Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
Identify new business prospects and expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Collect market feedback and share relevant insights with the management.
