Conduct customer verification through video calls.
Verify customer identity and documents as per KYC guidelines.
Communicate with customers in Malayalam, Tamil and English.
Verify Aadhaar, PAN and other required documents.
Ensure customer information is accurate and complete.
Follow company KYC and compliance procedures.
Maintain records of completed video KYC verification.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
