Project Execution - Scheduling , work planning , and Monitoring.
Construction Drawings & Design - Ability to read interpret and explain drawings.
Quality control & Standards - IS codes, Material testing , Construction Specification.
AutoCAD & software tools - MS Excel, MS Project .
Safety Management - Site safety practices, risk management .
Supervision of Labor and subcontractors.
Checking Daily progress reports (DPR).
Checking shuttering , reinforcement , concreting ,plastering and finishing progress and work.
Material Management - Ensure timely procurement and proper use.
Coordination with architects, consultants, and clients.
Team management , Time management , Adaptability
