Core Competency Training & Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate with 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, and Client Handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn & networking
Client meetings, presentations & deal closures
Build and maintain B2B client relationships
Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records
Market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills:
Robust communication & negotiation skills
Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred:
Candidates from E-learning, EdTech, IT Software, SaaS, or Hospitality industry preferred.
Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Marketing)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Work Location: Gurugram (In office) | Monday -Friday
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
