Key Responsibilities:

Explain various insurance products based on customer requirements.
Understand and assess customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into policyholders.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Adhere to compliance, data protection, and confidentiality guidelines.
Coordinate with the operations teams for policy issuance and follow-ups.
Upsell or cross-sell additional insurance policies and riders.
Maintain call records and CRM updates
