Business facilitator – Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior sales experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
Robust communication skills in English and local language (mandatory).

Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Customer Sourcing: Source customers for Consumer Finance Loans at assigned dealerships/stores and engage walk-in customers.
Loan Application Processing: Assist customers with loan applications, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
Process Adherence & Compliance: Follow all guidelines and policies while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Dealer/Store Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with dealership/store staff for smooth coordination.




Product Support & Cross-Selling: Assist customers with credit/debit card services and promote relevant financial products.
Collections & Follow-ups: Follow up with delinquent customers and coordinate with the collections team for repayments.

This is a store-based job where you will be stationed at the Apple store. Your responsibility will be to assist walk-in customers with consumer durable loan sales. You will help customers get financing for their electronics and mobile purchases by guiding them through the loan process.

Salary - 17k -19k , without any PF
