We are looking for a confident, creative and presentable female Social Media Content Executive & On-Camera Presenter who can research trending content, develop engaging content ideas and confidently appear in Reels/Videos.
The candidate should understand social media trends and be comfortable representing the company and its real-estate projects on camera.Key Responsibilities
Research trending Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and real-estate content
Research competitors, developers, property influencers and trending formats
Generate fresh Reel concepts, hooks, topics and content ideas
Prepare short Reel scripts with the content/video team
Confidently appear in Reels, property videos and promotional content
Present property features, investment prospects and project USPs in an engaging manner
Participate in project/site shoots, office shoots and event coverage
Coordinate with Video Editor, Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Team




Assist in planning the weekly/monthly Social Media Content Calendar
Suggest trending audio, formats, topics and creative concepts
Create educational, promotional and engagement-oriented real-estate content
Track content performance and identify which topics/formats are generating better reach and engagement

Maintain consistency in the company's brand image and communication
