Key Responsibilities
Supervise students and ensure proper discipline within the hostel.
Coordinate and monitor students during daily routines, including meal timings, study hours, and hostel activities.
Maintain regular attendance and monitor student movement, including in-time and out-time records.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of hostel rooms, common areas, washrooms, and surrounding areas.
Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff to maintain hostel cleanliness.
Attend to students' day-to-day concerns and provide appropriate support.
Monitor student safety and immediately report any emergency, incident, or reliable concern to the concerned authority.




Maintain proper records of hostel activities, incidents, visitors, and student movements.
Ensure visitors and student entry/exit are managed according to hostel policies.
Coordinate with management, teachers, parents/guardians, and other staff when required.
Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure students follow hostel timings, cleanliness standards, and code of conduct.
Support the smooth and protected functioning of the hostel on a day-to-day basis.
